Overview
This role, offered by a partner company based in the United States, focuses on supporting strategic business execution by organizing and tracking key initiatives to ensure their effective delivery. It plays a crucial part in overseeing portfolio coordination, governance, reporting, and operational planning functions. Collaborating with diverse teams, the coordinator maintains transparency regarding priorities, milestones, resources, and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and tracking process for new project requests, resource allocations, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain up-to-date portfolio records including initiative status, ownership, funding, dependencies, and milestones.
- Oversee projects from inception through completion to keep teams aligned on schedules, duties, and necessary follow-ups.
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and status summaries to aid leadership evaluations and portfolio discussions.
- Monitor risks, decisions, action items, and progress to enhance transparency and accountability.
- Document meetings, commitments, and next steps to preserve a unified understanding of priorities.
- Collaborate with planning, delivery, product, and business groups to gather data, address information gaps, and facilitate governance.
- Provide administrative support aimed at refining planning cycles, reporting precision, and execution effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve coordination practices and streamline workflows across teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years' experience in project coordination, program support, business operations, administration, or related areas.
- Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and monitor information from multiple stakeholders and initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to juggle multiple deadlines while maintaining detail orientation.
- Proficiency in producing and managing spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for summarizing complex data simply.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience with portfolio planning, governance, initiative intake, resource planning, or delivery monitoring is desirable.
- Background in preparing materials for leadership and supporting review sessions is advantageous.
- Knowledge of product management, strategy execution, business planning, or healthcare environments is preferred.
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, project management, communications, or a related discipline.
