About Kieser
Kieser is a growing network of physiotherapy and strength & conditioning clinics focused on helping people build stronger, healthier lives through evidence-based exercise and rehabilitation. The team brings together physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, and exercise scientists to provide care that is research-informed, innovative, and centered on long-term results.
The organisation is expanding quickly and is seeking aligned professionals who want to contribute to the future of health in Australia while developing a career they find rewarding.
Role overview
This Physiotherapist position is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by combining hands-on physiotherapy with education around strength training as a tool for prevention and lasting health. The role is designed for someone who wants to help clients improve function, recover well, and live more fully.
Key responsibilities
You will work with a multidisciplinary clinical team and manage a diverse caseload ranging from sports participants to people recovering from injury. The role involves using objective measures such as strength testing to guide treatment decisions, applying evidence-based physiotherapy methods, and educating clients on how strength training supports long-term outcomes.
You will also use modern rehabilitation equipment and diagnostic technology, maintain strong relationships with external referrers, and deliver a high standard of service aligned with Kieser’s science-led approach to care.
Requirements
Applicants should hold an AHPRA-recognised Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and current AHPRA registration. You must have valid Australian working rights, professional indemnity insurance, First Aid and CPR certification, and both an NDIS Worker Screening check and Working with Children Check.
While not essential, the organisation prefers candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience and a background in private practice.
Perks and benefits
The role offers clear career pathways, leadership development programs, structured onboarding, and ongoing professional development. You will also have access to an AI-based scribe tool for real-time session note capture, a positive team culture with social and wellbeing activities, free access to Kieser facilities, and discounted family memberships.
Additional benefits include Recharge Leave (1 day), Birthday Leave (half day), 12 weeks of paid parental leave for primary carers, opportunities to join domestic and international outreach programs, an annual professional development allowance of up to $1,500, and a New Graduate Program featuring 12 months of mentoring plus monthly professional development sessions.
Diversity and inclusion
Kieser promotes an inclusive and supportive workplace that values diversity. The organisation welcomes applications from people who are passionate about health and eager to contribute meaningfully.
Application note
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
