Role Overview

Rhone is looking for a motivated Photo Studio Assistant to support daily operations within their Creative Studio located in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role involves assisting in e-commerce photography and creative production workflows, making it well-suited for individuals early in their careers who are highly organized, detail-focused, and eager to develop skills in a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day photo studio operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Prepare studio areas, equipment, and products prior to scheduled shoots.
• Assist photographers, stylists, producers, and creative teams during productions.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of the studio workspace.
• Help with setup, teardown, and general production tasks during photo shoots.
• Manage product samples by receiving, unpacking, organizing, and tracking inventory.
• Prepare apparel and accessories for photography, including steaming and sorting merchandise.
• Select products according to shot lists and styling directives.
• Ensure proper return and storage of product samples post-shoots, including seasonal inventory organization.
• Provide administrative assistance such as managing shoot schedules, calendars, and production documents.
• Help coordinate project tracking, workflow management, deliveries, shipments, and studio supplies.
• Serve as the main liaison for studio and building operations, handling maintenance requests, vendor coordination, repairs, and equipment servicing to keep the facility operational and visually presentable.
• Organize and upload photography assets; assist with image delivery and follow-up with retouching teams and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on assets to ensure completeness and proper organization.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in an e-commerce environment.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital work.
• Comprehensive understanding of channel best practices.
• Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, with capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset, flexible, and capable of collaborating effectively with various teams.
