Your Profile

• Completed commercial training, ideally in personnel, sales, or service sectors, or an equivalent qualification.
• Professional experience in personnel services, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
• Desirable knowledge of labor law, employee leasing, or contract management.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM, dispatching, or applicant management systems.
• Strong communication skills and experience dealing with business clients.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Managing and expanding existing customer relationships along with actively acquiring new B2B clients.
• Coordinating staffing and scheduling for employee assignments in customer projects.
• Aligning personnel requirements, working hours, and qualification demands with clients.
• Preparing offers, contracts, and deployment documents.
• Maintaining customer, candidate, and order data within the system.
