  • Utilize reporting and analytics from Workday to drive workflow improvements and data-informed decisions.
  • Enhance the People Operations helpdesk by managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 inquiries, identifying patterns, and improving self-service tools for better efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve People Operations programs beyond onboarding, expanding to other operational workflows and systems.
  • Support team continuity by documenting processes, sharing expertise, and assisting across operations, systems, and compliance responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR operations, or similar roles, preferably in fast-growing companies.
  • Proficient in Workday, particularly with onboarding workflows, handling transactions, and resolving data discrepancies.
  • Experience designing or enhancing onboarding programs and initiatives focused on employee experience.
  • Systematic thinker with a passion for process improvement and optimization.
  • Capable of working independently and managing projects in ambiguous and evolving environments.
  • Highly organized, proactive, detail-conscious, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Strong ownership mindset, consistently seeing projects through to completion.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zendesk, Culture Amp, Navan, and documentation platforms like Slab or Notion, with an aptitude for quick learning of new systems.
  • Dedication to building an exceptional employee experience for all team members.

Compensation

Salary ranges from $113,000 to $125,000 annually with additional equity offered. Final compensation is influenced by factors such as experience, skill level, and role seniority. Benefits and equity are separate from this base range.
