Role Summary

Join Deutsche Windtechnik at our Osnabrück office as a Payroll Specialist supporting our internal operations.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship such as management assistant for office management, wholesale and export clerk, or industry clerk
  • Additional qualification in personnel/payroll processing with a minimum of one year’s professional experience in payroll accounting using Datev Lodas
  • Good knowledge of payroll tax and social security legislation
  • Fast comprehension, strong service orientation, reliable and structured work approach
  • Ability to maintain an overview during stressful situations while communicating professionally and effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel

Primary Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly payroll accounting timely and accurately, considering relevant social security and tax provisions as well as company-specific requirements
  • Fulfill reporting, certification, and notification duties towards authorities and administrative bodies
  • Correspond with health insurance companies, pension insurance agencies, social welfare offices, and similar institutions
  • Support personnel administration tasks including statistics, certifications, and general correspondence
  • Manage and support the time management software
