Join Unortho, an orthopaedic clinic located in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, as a Patient Care Coordinator. You will be essential in ensuring all patient interactions are conducted with warmth, professionalism, and care.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls effectively to schedule and confirm patient appointments, maximizing scheduling efficiency.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of appointments and patient feedback.
• Welcome patients warmly at the front desk, managing patient flow to reduce waiting times while providing clear information in response to inquiries.
• Dispense prescribed medications and orthotic devices under physician supervision, following proper documentation procedures and maintaining pharmacy inventory (training provided).
• Conduct follow-up calls to monitor patient progress post-consultation, recording feedback and relaying relevant information to the medical team.
• Build strong, lasting relationships to improve patient satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written, with clarity and a neutral accent.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities showing politeness, patience, empathy, and professionalism in telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
• Professional demeanor with the capacity to stay composed under pressure.
• Service-oriented mindset, adaptability to healthcare protocols, quick learning ability, and a pleasant positive attitude.

Compensation and Work Details

• Monthly salary range: ₹20,000 to ₹21,000 (approximately ₹2,50,000 annual salary).
• Guaranteed 10% yearly salary increment.
• Salary is paid punctually on or before the 3rd of each month.
• Shift timing is from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
