Role overview
Incycle is looking for safety-conscious, driven Paste Crew Operators to join the underground team on the Cowal Gold Mine Project near West Wyalong, New South Wales. This is a full-time position attached to a long-running five-year project, offering dependable work, a balanced roster, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing underground operation.
What the role involves
You will work within an underground paste and construction crew, helping with paste fill activities and supporting underground construction tasks so the project is delivered safely and efficiently.
Roster and work setup
- 2/2 lifestyle roster: two weeks working followed by two weeks off
- FIFO arrangements are available
- Long-term project stability through a five-year duration
- Opportunity to work alongside an experienced, supportive team
Candidate profile

- Applicants with underground paste crew experience are preferred
- Applicants with underground construction crew experience are preferred
