The organization is hiring a Pass and Identification Support professional for its team in Saudi Arabia.
Role summary
This position supports the 9th Air Force under United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) in the Middle East. The role contributes to base security and related services by providing subject matter support to the 9th Air Force Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron. The 9th Air Force also operates in locations including Al Dhafra Air Base in the UAE; Ali Al Salem Air Base and Al Mubarak Air Base in Kuwait; Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia; Muwaffaq-Salti Air Base in Jordan; Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar; and locations in the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage DoD and Air Force accountable forms, including AF Form 1199, restricted area badges, and DBIDS cards.
- Maintain records of restricted area badges that are issued, lost, or destroyed, along with the secure-to-secure travel pass program.
- Run Visitor Control Center functions and support Defense Biometric Identification System activities.
- Ensure third-country national exchange badge credentials are issued correctly.
- Carry out the daily operational tasks required for the Installation Visitor Control Center and DBIDS process.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a DoD Visitor Control Center.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to hold a current state driver’s license and qualify for a Government Driver’s License.
- Must already have a DoD-approved SECRET security clearance for this task order.
- Ability to speak, read, and write Arabic is preferred.
- Must pass all medical screening required under CENTCOM deployment standards.
- Must clear a detailed background check for compliance with the 9AF ESFS contract.
- Applicants must not have pending criminal or civil charges, including divorce or child custody proceedings.
- Applicants must not have any felony arrest record.
- Applicants must not have any alcohol-related arrest within the past 5 years.
- Applicants must not have any arrest history involving moral turpitude, including prostitution, pandering, voyeurism, or public indecency.
- Applicants must not have any history of hate-crime involvement.
- Applicants must not have a history of violence.
- Applicants must not be involved with any group or organization that promotes extralegal violence as a means to achieve an end.
