Key Responsibilities

• Manage the ordering and timely tracking of parts required for clients' vehicle repairs.
• Collaborate closely with technicians and the service department, supporting teamwork to complete repairs efficiently.
• Process parts orders accurately and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform routine inventory counts and monitor stock levels.
• Foster and maintain cooperative relationships with suppliers to support business needs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in parts handling is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills, including in-person and telephone communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive demeanor paired with a strong work ethic.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.20 to $22.05, with additional bonus opportunities.
