Alwedad Charity Association for Orphan Care is dedicated to supporting orphans and fostering strong partnerships to enhance its social initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily interactions and maintain ongoing relationships with partners while addressing their needs.
• Monitor the implementation of agreements and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance and progress.
• Track joint initiatives and projects, compiling periodic reports to document outcomes and status.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and records of partner data and communication logs.
• Assess partner satisfaction continuously and address feedback or challenges promptly.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and events, including preparing detailed minutes.
• Analyze operational performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement and development in partnership functions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or an equivalent field.
• At least three years of experience in relationship management, partner service, or institutional coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to establish professional relationships.
• Proven capability to manage follow-ups, coordinate effectively, and prioritize tasks.
• Previous experience in partnership management within the non-profit sector.
