Job description
About the Company
Analog Devices is a global leader in the semiconductor industry, specializing in combining analog, digital, and software technologies to innovate solutions for the Intelligent Edge. With a presence worldwide and $9 billion in annual revenue, the company supports digital advancements across industries such as manufacturing, transportation, and healthcare.
Role Overview
The Partner Development Manager plays a critical role in shaping and advancing Analog Devices' Partner Program. This position is responsible for achieving significant outcomes through strategic relationships with key partners, ensuring that internal teams (Sales, Vertical Business Units, and beyond) are aligned and well-informed about the value of partner initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative work with designated priority partners to meet joint objectives, including tracking major project milestones, enablement goals, and joint marketing activities.
- Liaise with stakeholders within Vertical Business Units (VBU), offering alignment support, process enhancements, and escalating partner issues as needed while respecting existing relationship management boundaries.
- Act as a pivotal connector between partners and internal teams—including sales, marketing, and business units—to ensure consistent alignment and promote the benefits of partnering with ADI.
- Monitor key success metrics for partnerships, providing transparency on partnership health and raising attention to risks or areas needing improvement.
- Drive internal advocacy for the Partner Program by showcasing its value and facilitating knowledge sharing among stakeholders.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline is mandatory; an MBA or equivalent advanced business education is beneficial.
- A minimum of four years' experience in a comparable role, preferably within partner programs and with a background in the semiconductor industry.
- Outstanding ability in executive-level communication and presentation.
- Commercially astute with a focus on creating value for both ADI and its partners, not just commercial benefits.
- Demonstrated capability in influencing and coordinating various internal and external stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
- Hands-on experience driving measurable outcomes through partnerships, including setting and achieving performance benchmarks.
- Excellent judgement and conflict resolution abilities, having handled escalation and problem-solving in dynamic settings.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as required by the role.
- Must comply with any applicable U.S. export licensing regulations if accessing technical data.
Additional Information
- Location: Limerick, Ireland
- This role generally operates during normal day shifts.
- Applicants subject to U.S. export licensing may undergo additional review, depending on citizenship status.
