Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Parent Relationship Executives proficient in engaging parents interested in our offerings, providing detailed program information, and encouraging participation in our free trial classes.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to parents who have expressed interest in PHASE Sports’ activities.
- Clearly explain program details including schedules, venues, and benefits.
- Assist parents with booking complimentary trial sessions.
- Follow up on inquiries and resolve any doubts or questions from parents.
- Maintain comprehensive lead and call records within the CRM platform.
- Collaborate effectively with the admissions department and center staff.
- Support the conversion of trial participants into enrolled students.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Proficiency in English and Tamil; Hindi is a plus.
- Confident communication via phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Ownership of a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet access.
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
- A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or counseling is advantageous but not required.
