Our client, a reputable and expanding wealth management brokerage in Ireland, is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their professional team. This position offers an important role in facilitating the delivery of customized, high-quality financial advice within a client-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Support financial planners administratively and technically to ensure precise and prompt client service delivery.
- Prepare, review, and process various client documents including financial plans, application forms, and compliance paperwork while meeting regulatory standards.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client information, emphasizing compliance and detail accuracy.
- Contact clients for medical information required for protection insurance applications.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally, providing clear and reliable information to uphold excellent customer service.
- Collaborate closely with financial advisors and team members to ensure efficient task completion and effective implementation of financial recommendations.
- Stay informed of changes in industry regulations, compliance obligations, and best practices to align work with company standards and policies.
Requirements
- Possession of QFA qualification is mandatory.
- Previous experience in paraplanning or financial consultant administration roles.
- Strong technical expertise in financial planning products and advice procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail paired with analytical capabilities.
- Proficient written communication skills, particularly in report writing.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools and related systems.
