Descrição da vaga

Overview

The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, led by Prosecutor Ryan Mears, is dedicated to transforming the criminal justice system to be equitable and just. Services include establishing paternity, locating non-custodial parents, and managing modifications and enforcement of child support orders. This office does not represent either party but strives to achieve fair outcomes for all involved.

The role of the Establishment/Modification Paralegal involves assisting both custodial and non-custodial parents with establishing or modifying child support and medical orders, aligned with the office's commitment to fairness. Candidates should be devoted to public service, safety, and fairness within the child support system.
