Role Overview
This full-time hybrid position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex entails providing paralegal support across varied legal domains including Litigation, Corporate and Business Transactional Law, Estate Planning, Probate, and any other legal services the firm may extend in the future.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum SAT score of 1300 or ACT score of 28.
- Strong research capabilities applicable to legal matters.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Capability to operate independently and manage remote work effectively.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree.
Compensation Details
- Salary range spans from $40,000 to $80,000 annually.
- Initial 3-month probation period compensated at $15 per hour.
- Year 1 post-probation salary: $40,000.
- Year 2 salary: $50,000.
- Year 3 salary: $60,000.
- Year 4 salary: $70,000.
- Year 5 salary: $80,000.
