AMA Collision is inviting experienced Panel Beaters and Spray Painters to register their interest for opportunities across several Brisbane workshops. This is a chance to join a large collision repair network and build a career with flexibility, stability, and room to grow.

Work schedule and flexibility

The team is trialling a flexible approach to hours so tradespeople can better balance work and personal commitments. Options may include early starts for school pickup, afternoon shifts running up to 12am, shorter shifts around family needs, or a compressed week with a regular three-day weekend.

Available workshop locations include Gemini Enoggera, Gemini Pinkenba, AMA Collision Geebung, AMA Collision Tingalpa, and Gemini Wacol.

Role summary

In this position, you will help return damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using modern repair equipment and working alongside experienced tradespeople in a cooperative workshop setting.
