Job Overview
Bullmech Innovations Private Limited is seeking a Packing Boy to safely and efficiently handle product packing. This role involves collaborating with team members on daily packing tasks, assisting in loading and unloading goods, supporting dispatch and delivery operations, and maintaining a neat workspace. Following supervisor instructions and adhering to company packing standards are essential components of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and correctly pack products ensuring company standards are met
- Coordinate daily packing activities collaboratively with the team
- Help with loading and unloading merchandise as needed
- Support transportation processes such as dispatch and delivery coordination
- Keep the work area clean and well-organized
- Follow directions issued by supervisors or team leaders
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of packing tasks and procedures
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Physically capable of handling heavy goods
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance and work completion
