About the Role

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer applications to devise optimal packaging solutions.
• Assess incoming project requests for technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop product specifications and prepare comprehensive documentation materials.
• Create innovative new product concepts from initial idea through to market launch.
• Coordinate, plan, and supervise essential workflows and resources.
• Organize and execute necessary testing procedures such as packaging and transport tests.
• Collaborate closely with sales partners, project managers, and clients.
• Provide expert technical consultations on protective packaging in cooperation with the sales team.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Completed degree in packaging technology or equivalent technical training.
• Practical experience in structural packaging development.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical processes with ease.
• Creative mindset coupled with strong design skills.
• Manual dexterity for constructing prototypes and samples.
• Basic proficiency with CAD software and capacity for 3D and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with fundamental project management principles.
• High self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, results-driven attitude.
• Openness to unconventional approaches; strong team player spirit.
