Overnight Associate

Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service through the execution of tasks related to receiving merchandise and managing its movement to the sales floor. Key responsibilities include unloading trailers, transporting pallets to the floor, and assisting with merchandise processing, all while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. The associate will collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete duties based on operational needs.

Key Duties

• Prepare the sales floor in advance of store opening.
• Set up, merchandise, and label promotional features.
• Conduct live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Emphasize labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom bins and stocking areas.
• Transport pallets between the sales floor and storage for overnight processing.
• Assist with stocking on the sales floor as assigned and offer customer assistance when needed.
• Ensure proper labeling of the sales floor prior to store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment by adhering to safety policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The position starts at a minimum hourly wage of $18.40.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
