- Provide feedback regarding challenges or opportunities encountered during outreach.
Performance Measures
- Achieve or surpass daily outreach goals, making over 100 outbound calls per day.
- Enroll more than 200 new members monthly by converting conversations into completed enrollments.
- Maintain high standards of quality, documentation, and member experience despite volume targets.
Experience and Skills Required
- At least 1-3 years of experience in outbound outreach, patient engagement, sales, appointment setting, or call center environments.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding outreach and conversion targets.
- Confidence and skill in making numerous outbound calls remotely.
- Excellent verbal communication capable of explaining services clearly.
- Ability to quickly establish trust with members who may be hesitant or distracted.
- Resilience and maturity to handle rejection and sensitive topics professionally.
- Strong organizational skills for documentation and follow-up tasks.
- Experience with tools like Slack, Gmail, CRM software, dialers, and spreadsheets.
- Quick adaptability to new systems and processes.
- Access to reliable high-speed internet and a private workspace for confidential calls.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Medicaid or health plan populations.
- Background in maternal health, community health, or social services.
- Comfort working within a metrics-driven environment.
Work Conditions
- Remote role based in the United States.
- Full-time temporary employment lasting 3 to 6 months, with potential for extension.
