About the Role
Theobroma Food Pvt Ltd is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Prayagraj location. This role involves managing the store's functions to ensure seamless operation and customer satisfaction while aiming to increase sales by adhering to stringent standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute store operations to maintain smooth workflow with an emphasis on upgrading sales and upholding high-quality standards as outlined by SOPs.
- Address and resolve customer issues including complaints and grievances promptly.
- Guide customers by welcoming them into the store and recommending products suitable to their needs.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of materials received, issued, and other store transactions daily.
