About the Role

This opportunity is for the position of Associate in an Outbound Voice Process handling for a reputed banking client. The job involves engaging in outbound calls to customers aimed at sales, lead generation, customer activation, and retention. The role is based in an office setting with a structured career path that includes transitioning from payroll under HGS to direct payroll with the bank after one year based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to customers for sales and lead generation purposes.
• Activate and retain customers through effective communication and service.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess clear and effective communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales or telecalling is preferable but not mandatory.
• Be customer-oriented and focused on achieving targets.
• Availability for immediate joining is preferred.
