Outbound Fulfillment Supervisor

Role Overview

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking an Outbound Fulfillment Supervisor in Lakeland, FL. Key Duties

• Oversee associates handling order picking, loading, and order verification for retail customers.
• Coach and guide team members on performance, service standards, and operational policies.
• Set productivity targets and track progress on a regular basis.
• Run team meetings and support day-to-day coordination of warehouse activity.
• Help identify development needs and performance improvement actions for employees.
• Take part in recruiting and hiring warehouse team members.
• Support evening scheduling for night-shift warehouse operations.
• Use operational reports to measure output and maintain efficient production levels.
• Oversee storage, delivery, and warehouse security-related responsibilities as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Complete required online training every quarter.
• Meet all required operational performance metrics.
• Help maintain a safe workplace in line with company policy and OSHA standards.
• Carry out other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience, or a combination of education and related experience equivalent to that level.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong skills in organization, multitasking, and time management.
• Ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work, including walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping for long periods.
• Capability to lift, lower, push, carry, or pull up to 48 pounds on a frequent basis.
• Ability to sit and operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and battery change stations.
• Willingness to work in repetitive-motion tasks, at different heights, and in warehouse environmental conditions.
• Availability for extended hours, overtime, weekends, and peak-season schedules when needed.
