Oracle HCM Consultant - E-Business Suite (EBS)

About the Role

Müller's Solutions seeks an experienced Oracle HCM EBS Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This role requires delivering expert implementation, seamless integration, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Human Capital Management solutions within the E-Business Suite for diverse clients. The consultant will liaise closely with clients to fully understand their HR processes and craft tailored Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle implementation of Oracle HCM EBS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Collect and analyze detailed client requirements to create customized HCM solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Configure and adapt Oracle HCM modules to integrate efficiently with existing human resource systems and workflows.
• Perform comprehensive testing and validation to ensure solutions meet functional and compliance standards.
• Train end-users and HR personnel on Oracle HCM EBS usage and best practices.
• Resolve functional issues, enhance system performance, and improve user experience related to HCM applications.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM EBS innovations and industry best practices to leverage system capabilities fully.
• Work collaboratively across departments to support and improve HR service delivery.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related discipline.
• At least five years’ experience implementing Oracle HCM EBS solutions or comparable roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM EBS modules and their practical functionalities.
• Proven skills in configuring and customizing Oracle HCM applications to meet business needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions for specific client challenges.
• Experience with business process evaluation and methods to enhance operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with clients and colleagues.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
• Oracle HCM certifications are advantageous.
