Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant / Application Developer

About the role

Nebras Energy is hiring a specialized Oracle EBS HRMS techno-functional consultant to join the IT Enterprise Solutions team at its headquarters in Doha. The position suits someone who can deliver strong technical work while also understanding how HR and payroll processes operate end to end.

What you will do

• Work closely with the payroll team during monthly processing cycles to help keep operations running smoothly and resolve issues quickly.
• Support and enhance standard Oracle HRMS (R12.2.X) as well as custom-built applications using OAF, XML Publisher, and Fast Formula.
• Help maintain reliable data movement across HRMS, Finance, SCM, and external third-party systems.
• Make sure every solution follows corporate governance rules and data security requirements.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar technical discipline is required.
• You should bring at least 5 years of experience working in Oracle EBS R12.2.X HRMS in a techno-functional capacity, covering Core HR, Payroll, and OTL.
• Strong analytical ability and presentation skills are important, along with the confidence to work with key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the work culture and environment in Qatar or the GCC region will be considered a plus.

Technical expertise

• Advanced PL/SQL programming and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on Oracle Application Framework development and extension work.
• Deep experience with Oracle Workflow customization and support.
• Practical understanding of Oracle HR and Payroll business processes.
