Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify operational excellence by adhering to company policies and protocols, consistently elevating standards through the appropriate use of tools and equipment.
• Maintain constant communication with the Store Manager and Retail Operations team regarding the status and conditions of the store and stockroom.
• Oversee store operational functions including monthly cycle counts, mid-year and full-year inventory audits, routine operational follow-ups, and ensuring accuracy in Store-to-Store transfers while upholding high-quality execution standards.
• Ensure the stockroom is kept clean, organized, and efficiently managed.
• Handle damage processing monthly according to company guidelines.
• Assist the sales team with tasks like locating sizes, supporting cash register operations, and providing stock availability information.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to minimize stock and cash shrinkage, maintaining them within acceptable limits.
• Manage stock organization and optimize back office layout and processes.
• Perform shipping and receiving duties promptly and effectively, verifying incoming merchandise for quantity and quality.
• Organize, prepare, and actively participate in inventory counts, followed by thorough analysis of the results.
• Ensure timely completion of all Ship on Floor (SOF) fulfillments.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years' experience in stock-related roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment.
• Highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating team tasks while anticipating operational needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general IT tools.
