Job description
Overview
This full-time role supports the Operations Department at Monster Brewing Company, focusing on daily logistics and assisting in process enhancement projects within the brewery.
Core Responsibilities
- Help uphold the brewery's established quality standards.
- Manage logistics functions including transportation, warehousing, material handling, inventory control, demand forecasting, and order execution.
- Ensure prompt and clear communication using multiple channels such as email, telephone, text, and verbal interaction.
- Support the logistical task management and procedures within the Orchestrated Beer system.
- Coordinate effectively with Beer Orders and Production Planning teams.
- Alert and collaborate promptly when operational issues or schedule changes arise.
Additional Duties
- Execute facility-related tasks as assigned.
- Provide cross-departmental assistance, linking processes for smooth operations.
- Help maintain adequate stocks of raw brewing and packaging materials.
- Contribute to sustaining 5S organizational standards throughout the brewery.

Physical and Mental Demands
The role requires the stamina and strength to perform tasks in potentially extreme conditions and to manage operational and administrative pressures effectively. Tasks include frequent lifting of 10-75 pounds, as well as standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, and operating machinery or equipment. Weekend and overnight shifts may be necessary.
Job Details
- Position: Full-Time, Exempt
- Compensation: Hourly rate $25.20 to $27.80
- Supervision: Reports to Operations Manager, with no direct reports
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Age: Must be 21 years or older
- Travel Requirements: Up to 10%
- Driving: No license required
- Equipment Used: Computers, phones, tablets, brewery equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, scissor lifts
