About The Opportunity

Join a rapidly expanding New Zealand consumer products company in a comprehensive role overseeing the entire supply chain process. Responsibilities include managing ingredient sourcing, inventory planning, production scheduling, and maintaining partnerships with third-party logistics providers across New Zealand, Australia, and the United States.

Collaborate closely with finance, customer service, and sales/marketing teams to support business growth and promotional activities. Additionally, supervise retail operations such as e-commerce management, order processing, and stock accuracy via the Shopify platform. Drive continuous operational improvements, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure timely, full delivery of products to international markets. Play an instrumental role in assisting business growth and expansion into new territories.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain, procurement, production, or operations management within FMCG, consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Experience overseeing production partners or 3PL providers, preferably with exposure to international supply chains.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities, suppliers, and stakeholders across various markets.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, customer service, and sales/marketing to maintain smooth operations.
• Familiarity with retail operations and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, including order and inventory management.
• A proactive, hands-on mentality with the capacity to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of operational outcomes.
