Overview
We are seeking a full-time Operations Team Member to join our ZARA store in Kassel. The stockroom is a vital hub where each collection begins its journey to customers, requiring constant movement as products are received, sorted, organized, and prepared for the sales floor. Your role is to ensure all operations run smoothly, maintaining an overview of the store’s workflow and pace.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming merchandise efficiently.
- Prepare products for display and sales area placement.
- Maintain a smooth operational flow within the store environment.
- Monitor the rhythm and processes to keep store activities on track.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, high motivation, and willingness to take initiative.
- Team player eager to contribute and drive progress.
- Experience working in a warehouse or stockroom is advantageous but not mandatory.
