Role Overview
The Operation Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing daily business operations to boost overall efficiency. This role involves process development and implementation aimed at optimizing workflows, along with close collaboration with various departments to maintain seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and refine day-to-day business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Develop strategies to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements.
- Track operational metrics and recommend targeted improvements.
- Collaborate effectively across departments for smooth business functioning.
- Oversee budgeting, expense management, and control of operational costs.
- Ensure adherence to relevant industry regulations and internal company policies.
- Identify and address bottlenecks or challenges affecting operations.
- Participate in workforce planning and allocation of resources to support operational needs.
- Prepare detailed reports and performance assessments for senior management review.
- Contribute to business growth plans and strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage vendor and supplier relationships to enhance procurement processes.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 INR and 40,000 INR.
