Role Overview

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Operation Executive for Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. This role is focused on managing daily service operations, coordinating field teams, supporting service quality, and helping maintain compliance with safety and regulatory expectations.

Key Duties

• Plan and coordinate day-to-day service activities and field team schedules.
• Ensure service execution meets internal standards and agreed timelines.
• Track operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Work with service technicians and customer-facing teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the effective use of people, time, and resources across operations.
• Assist in operational planning, rollout of process improvements, and adoption of best practices.
• Provide support, guidance, and training to operational staff when required.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing schedules and resources in a busy service environment. Strong analytical thinking, reporting ability, and working knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are important. The role also calls for clear communication, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to coordinate well with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance requirements in service operations is useful, and prior exposure to facilities, pest control, or a related industry will be an advantage.

Education and Eligibility

Candidates should be able to work on-site in Vijayawada and bring a dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving. A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related area is preferred. Experience in operations, service coordination, or field team management is helpful, although motivated entry-level applicants with relevant skills may also be considered.
