Position Overview

We are looking to recruit an inventive Business Analyst to be a part of our No-Code Development Team. The role centers on addressing practical business challenges and delivering transformational change through no-code technology. Leveraging the Creatio platform, you will build CRM-related applications primarily through no-code development tools while assessing and defining exact user requirements to provide solutions that meet real business needs.

Primary Duties

• Design and assemble user interfaces for applications using no-code drag-and-drop designers to simplify and accelerate UI creation.
• Automate server-side workflows through no-code business process modeling tools consistent with BPMN notation, enabling complex application logic without traditional coding.
• Develop and implement web services including RESTful APIs and SOAP interfaces with no-code tools for integrations while ensuring secure and well-documented communication frameworks.
• Configure webhook services to handle external service requests securely, managing authentication and data integrity with detailed logging.
• Construct scalable and high-performance database schemas by defining objects, tables, relationships, and fields using Creatio Objects designer.
• Break down user stories into manageable no-code development tasks for efficient project execution.
• Carry out market and competitor research through analysis of industry reports and trends to support product direction and enhancement opportunities.
• Engage with end users and solution consultants to collect customer feedback and detailed product requirements via interviews.
• Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to verify and test solutions manually and through automated processes, ensuring product robustness.
• Manage source code versions with tools such as Git or SVN to maintain collaboration fidelity and change tracking.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis activities including market research, competitor evaluation, and requirement gathering for product development.
• Understanding of database concepts with proficiency in T-SQL basics, data queuing, designing indexes, views, relationships, and complex query logic like joins and sub-queries.
• Familiarity with BPMN notation for precise and effective process modeling.
• Experience collaborating in software development projects or serving as a business analyst within IT environments.
• Practical knowledge of configuring software information systems with UI-based tools to optimize user interface and experience.
• Sound general technical knowledge covering data structures and system integration techniques suitable for no-code application development.
• Ability to quickly assimilate new UI platforms and technologies along with a strong motivation to keep skills current.
• Proficiency in English for conducting interviews and effective communication in a global team context.

Additional Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM, BPM, or other no-code platforms is advantageous.
• Basic coding knowledge to comprehend and explain technical details clearly.
• Familiarity with Figma or comparable UI prototyping tools to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
