Role Overview
This position involves serving as a critical link between clinical care delivery and hospital administration. The incumbent will oversee the nursing staff while managing budgets and maintaining patient care standards to guarantee top-tier healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage nursing personnel ensuring efficient clinical operations.
- Supervise budget allocation related to nursing departments and ensure financial discipline.
- Maintain and uphold exemplary patient care standards in line with hospital policies.
- Coordinate and prepare for NABH accreditation processes as a mark of quality assurance.
- Conduct and participate in quality audits to continually improve nursing practices and service delivery.
Requirements and Eligibility
- Applicants must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Relevant experience and expertise in nursing, patient care, and healthcare quality processes like NABH are desirable.
