Overview
LearnPro Group is seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to join their marketing team. This role focuses on hands-on execution, ensuring smooth daily marketing operations and maintaining the accuracy and organization of the HubSpot CRM database.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver scheduled marketing communications such as webinars, announcements, and updates across multiple platforms and audiences.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar, ensuring all activities align with the overall strategy set by the Head of Marketing.
- Keep the HubSpot CRM clean, well-segmented, and ready to support campaigns and accurate reporting.
- Handle the day-to-day management of social media profiles and update website news and event sections regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, sales, projects) and the Designer to produce timely marketing materials with consistent brand messaging.
- Support event planning and logistics for webinars, user conferences, and external exhibitions, including promotional content creation and attendee communication.
- Produce regular reports on email performance, social media activity, database health, and campaign effectiveness, highlighting important trends to management.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B marketing roles such as Marketing Executive or Marketing Coordinator.
- Proven ability to create and send email campaigns, preferably with HubSpot.
- Experience in CRM database management including data cleaning and audience segmentation.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated with a practical approach to delivering tasks efficiently without detailed instructions.
- Effective collaboration skills for liaising with colleagues and managing inputs smoothly.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Desirable: Familiarity with software/SaaS marketing, event coordination, website CMS updates (especially WordPress), and marketing analytics tools like HubSpot reporting.
Additional Information
- The candidate must have the legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Occasional travel to the Edinburgh office or nearby storage unit may be required.
