About the Role
Our client is a U.S.-based retailer managing four well-recognized brands seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team on a fully remote basis. This position is a 6-month W2 contract offering benefits. The coordinator will be central to orchestrating customer-facing marketing campaigns across SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging platforms, catering to audiences in both the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across departments including brand, creative, merchandising, and vendors to schedule, coordinate, and manage approval processes for messaging campaigns.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of campaign execution from initiation through launch, ensuring deadlines, quality benchmarks, and business requirements are met.
- Manage timely delivery of creative assets, ensuring all materials are accurate and ready for production.
- Set up and verify campaign links, promotional details, exclusions, and legal disclaimers.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on messaging content, links, promotional codes, targeting, and overall user experience.
- Monitor campaign progress, provide updates, and proactively resolve issues ahead of launches.
- Support campaign execution for U.S. and Canadian markets, including handling translations and market-specific adaptations.
- Troubleshoot any campaign or promotion related problems and work closely with stakeholders for quick resolution.
- Identify and implement improvements for operational workflows and campaign processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Help document standard procedures and best practices related to campaign execution and quality assurance.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, marketing operations, interactive production, project management, or a related discipline.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a history of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality deliverables.
- A proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve problems independently.
- Experience balancing competing priorities and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SMS, Push Notification, and/or In-App messaging platforms, including campaign production and deployment workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
