Role Responsibilities

In your role as Managing Director, you will continue to manage your own client portfolio while taking on the responsibility of recruiting, mentoring, and supporting a team of financial advisors aiming to elevate their professional practices. Your efforts will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and contributing significantly to the firm’s future expansion and strategic vision.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of three years in financial services with a demonstrable track record of building a personal client base.
• Active Life and Health License is mandatory.
• Preferably hold FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses; however, sponsorship and support for acquiring these licenses will be provided if needed.
• Proven expertise in client growth, financial planning, and relationship management.
• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performance teams.
• A business-oriented approach with a strategic outlook focused on sustained growth.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
