Riyadh Air (RX), based in Saudi Arabia's capital, is the new national airline aiming to revolutionize air travel. It aspires to establish the Kingdom as a global aviation and trade hub by connecting over 100 destinations through a digitally native airline platform.
Role Overview
This position is focused on leading the creation, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Cabin Crew Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP). The role ensures full compliance with regulations while promoting operational safety and enhancing passenger experience on board. You will spearhead a robust safety culture, drive meaningful changes, and guarantee smooth adoption of all procedural updates throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the Cabin Crew operating manuals and safety standards.
- Collaborate extensively with Safety, Compliance, Training, Flight Operations, and Ground Services teams to ensure precise alignment and timely rollout of SEP revisions.
- Act as the senior authority in the absence of the Director of Cabin Crew, providing governance and leadership continuity.
- Analyze data from audits, crew feedback, and customer reports to pinpoint areas for operational enhancement.
- Develop targeted improvement initiatives that boost crew performance and service quality.
- Improve the effectiveness of training programs through structured evaluations and mentorship.
- Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to uphold safety excellence standards.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a university degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in an airline flight operations environment.
- Hold at least 3 years of management experience within Cabin Crew Training.
- Demonstrate capability in designing structured learning programs and aligning training content with strategic objectives.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate is highly advantageous.
