Manager - Operational Readiness

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Manager of Operational Readiness to oversee the smooth launch of new projects within the entertainment and leisure industry. This pivotal position involves coordinating readiness activities across various departments, evaluating operational capabilities, and driving enhancements to ensure flawless project initiations and outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness strategies aligned with organizational objectives and project deadlines.
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams to define operational needs and resolve deficiencies prior to project commencement.
• Perform readiness evaluations, conduct risk assessments, and devise mitigation strategies to confirm all operational areas are fully prepared.
• Create and roll out training initiatives to equip staff with necessary skills for efficient operations and service quality.
• Set up and track key performance metrics focused on operational preparation and performance after launch.
• Lead ongoing process reviews and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Promote guest-focused operational plans to improve visitor satisfaction and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of five years' professional experience in operational readiness, managing operations, or similar functions, preferably within entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement and project leadership, managing cross-functional teams effectively.
• Demonstrated proficiency in identifying risks and implementing mitigation procedures within operational settings.
• Excellent communication skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in designing and conducting training programs for staff development.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian business landscape and culture is an advantage.
