Role Overview and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience, particularly in the real estate sector, to oversee accounting, compliance, and financial reconciliations. This role involves coordinating with developers and vendors, assisting in budget preparation at department, project, and organizational levels, monitoring expenditures, analyzing financial variances, and aiding in forecasting for strategic planning.

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions and maintain the general ledger accurately.
• Prepare and review profit and loss statements to assess financial performance.
• Handle GST filings, returns, and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and support audit activities.
• Oversee TDS deduction processes including filing and reconciliation.
• Conduct bank and ledger reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
• Manage developer reconciliations encompassing payments, advances, and outstanding balances.
• Reconcile vendor payments and address discrepancies efficiently.
• Follow up on developer payments and settlements promptly.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and monitor accounts receivable closely.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of GST and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficient understanding of TDS and overall taxation processes.
• Familiarity with RERA compliances in the real estate domain.
• Experience with bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Ability to manage developer and vendor relationships effectively.
• Strong foundation in general accounting principles.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills for stakeholder management.

Candidate Profile and Tools

• Experience in real estate or construction industries is highly preferred.
• Educational qualifications include B.Com, M.Com, CA Intermediate, or MBA in Finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and ERP systems is essential.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial data handling.

Working Conditions and Salary

• Work location: Noida Sector 90.
• Work schedule: 6 days per week, Monday through Saturday.
• Salary range: 450,000 to 750,000 INR per annum.
