About the Role
Reef Holding is inviting applications for the position of Makeup Product Section Head based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves directing the entire strategic process, from development to innovation, for the makeup product range. The successful candidate will manage R&D functions, guarantee adherence to cosmetic laws, coordinate with various departments, and spearhead the launch of top-tier, market-aligned cosmetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the complete lifecycle of new makeup product creation.
- Managing research and development along with product testing to ensure innovation and safety standards.
- Maintaining compliance with both local and international cosmetic regulations.
- Collaborating effectively with marketing, sales, and supply chain divisions.
- Keeping abreast of market movement to steer product innovation.
- Leading and supervising the product development team, reporting directly to the Head of Product Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Business, or similar disciplines.
- Possesses 7 to 10 or more years of experience in the development of beauty products, preferably with a focus on makeup.
- Exhibits strong strategic planning, creativity, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English languages.
