Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure all amenity areas are functioning properly and kept in excellent condition.
• Perform grounds upkeep by removing trash and debris to maintain a tidy landscape.
• Collaborate with management to preserve a clean, secure, and attractive property.
• Participate in daily morning meetings to review vendor schedules and assign work tasks.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, management, and other staff on maintenance projects.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to management and complete necessary repairs.
• Handle physically demanding tasks such as moving heavy objects and operate maintenance trucks to various property locations when needed.
• Track and manage maintenance supplies and inventory efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support property upkeep and operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and up-to-date automobile insurance.
• Completion of high school education or equivalent experience.
• Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment safely.
• Availability to be on call for emergency maintenance situations occurring outside regular hours.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is estimated at $18.37, with compensation varying based on education, skills, experience, abilities, geographical area, internal equity, and market standards. In addition to base pay, certain roles may qualify for bonuses or incentive payouts.
