About the Role
As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of restaurant equipment and facilities through preventive and corrective maintenance efforts. Your role is crucial for seamless kitchen operations and facility management in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative upkeep and repair tasks on restaurant machinery and infrastructure.
- Maintain smooth operation of kitchen appliances, electrical setups, plumbing systems, and air conditioning units.
- Quickly address maintenance breakdowns to reduce any downtime affecting operations.
- Carry out regular inspections to detect and resolve maintenance problems promptly.
- Work with external service providers for major repairs and oversee annual maintenance contracts.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, service timings, and equipment history logs.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and legal standards related to maintenance.
- Manage stock of maintenance tools and spare parts ensuring availability.
- Assist outlet teams during equipment installation, shifts, and commissioning phases.
- React swiftly to emergency maintenance requests across allotted outlets.
- Guarantee that all maintenance tasks are finished within the designated turnaround time.
