About the Role
We are looking to recruit Machine Operators to join our factory team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This position involves operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to support smooth production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned production machinery following instructions carefully.
- Load raw inputs into the machines accurately for processing.
- Supervise machine function and ensure continuous operation.
- Conduct routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on machines.
- Package finished goods while upholding quality standards.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the operational area.
Candidate Requirements
- Completed at least 10th grade education or below.
- Open to both newcomers and individuals with prior experience.
- Physically capable and ready to work in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic familiarity with machine operation is favorable, but training will be provided.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 plus overtime pay.
