About Nash
Nash is a logistics technology platform built to improve how modern delivery and fulfillment is coordinated. Founded in San Francisco in 2021 by Mahmoud and Aziz, the company combines deep regional roots with experience across enterprise engagement, non-profit technology, and multiple startup exits. Nash is backed by investors such as Andreessen Horowitz and Y Combinator and operates across North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East.
The company helps businesses manage logistics in real time by bringing together decision-making, execution, and capacity orchestration in one programmable system. Its platform supports a wide range of delivery and logistics scenarios, from couriers and gig workers to store staff, technicians, fleet resources, and autonomous systems.
Role Overview
Nash is looking for a Logistics Product Manager to take full ownership of strategic enterprise accounts in the MENA region. This is a long-term customer ownership role rather than a temporary or project-only assignment. You will be accountable for adoption, performance, and business outcomes while acting as an embedded partner to customer teams.
Working within the Customer Success organization, you will combine account leadership with technical problem solving. The goal is to help customers get the most out of Nash’s platform, improve operational results, reduce issues, and uncover continued growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise accounts end to end and serve as the main owner for adoption, performance, and account growth.
- Work closely with customer product and engineering teams to design, roll out, and scale solutions on the Nash platform.
- Build deep product expertise so you understand the platform’s strengths and constraints at a very high level.
- Advise customers on integrations, platform usage, and process improvements based on that expertise.
- Track and improve outcomes tied to delivery performance, defect reduction, and operational efficiency.
- Support retention and expansion by helping customers consistently realize value from the partnership.
- Investigate and resolve integration or workflow issues with customer engineers and Nash internal teams.
- Represent account priorities internally and ensure customer needs are considered in cross-functional work.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has a technical customer-facing background and is comfortable operating in enterprise environments. You should be able to connect technical details to business results, work effectively with engineering teams, and quickly become fluent in a product’s capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical CSM, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployed PM, or a comparable position.
- Demonstrated ability to own enterprise customer relationships while improving adoption, performance, and growth.
- Strong technical understanding, including comfort with APIs, integrations, workflow debugging, and engineering collaboration.
- Experience advising customer product and engineering leaders and translating technical ideas into commercial impact.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability, especially in complex systems.
- Ability to learn a product quickly and use that knowledge to influence customer outcomes and internal feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and executive-level presence.
Perks and Benefits
- Opportunity to join an early-stage, well-funded startup and have a direct impact.
- Quarterly broader team onsite gatherings to connect with colleagues.
- Competitive compensation with equity potential.
- Flexible paid time off.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Additional Information
This position is based in the Eastern Region and is an onsite full-time role. It is focused on long-term ownership of strategic enterprise customers within the MENA market.
Nash works with well-known commerce and retail brands and continues to expand its logistics platform globally. The company describes itself as building the infrastructure that powers modern logistics and delivery at scale.
