Logistics Executive

Overview

Topotek Gimbal Cameras is searching for a meticulous and dependable Logistics Executive to oversee logistics, warehouse, inventory, supply-chain, and administrative functions in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Primary Duties

• Oversee logistics documentation, company records, and report preparation alongside administrative duties.
• Maintain and update inventory records, monitoring stock accurately.
• Coordinate warehouse operations ensuring proper storage and product handling.
• Plan shipments and manage transportation, customs paperwork, and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics partners, and team members.
• Assist in procurement, distribution, and managing vendor relationships.
• Ensure all logistics documentation and procedures comply with relevant local and international laws and regulations.
• Compile inventory reports, operational analyses, and business presentations.
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of logistics processes.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent proficiency in English is mandatory; skills in Mandarin Chinese or Tagalog are advantageous. Additional languages are also welcomed.
• Preferably candidates have professional logistics or supply-chain experience within the UAE or GCC region.
• Strong competencies in administrative, documentation, and record-keeping tasks.
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Proven track record in logistics coordination, including shipment planning and transportation management.
• A solid understanding of supply-chain management principles covering procurement, distribution, and vendor collaborations.
• Experience within technology, electronics, or industrial product sectors is considered a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, notably Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities paired with strong communication and attention to detail.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines is preferred.
