About the Role
Join UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics as a Logistics Coordinator working remotely in the Miami, FL area. Be part of a Fortune Global 500 company specialized in clinical and advanced therapy logistics, providing scalable and innovative supply chain solutions in medical, aerospace, telecommunications, and high-tech fields.
This position starts as fully remote with the expectation of transitioning to on-site work at the Miami office. Candidates must be able to commute when on-site work resumes. The role demands working Fri-Tues from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm EST, with a training period Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST for 3-4 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Promptly manage incoming customer queries via phone, email, and web platforms with careful attention to detail.
- Utilize MNXs proprietary logistics platform to process and monitor vital shipments in critical industries.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers and agents.
- Achieve and uphold team performance metrics.
- Complete all required training to stay updated on professional standards.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service.
- Strong time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED is required; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and capable of typing at 30 WPM.
- Preferred knowledge of US and global geography and time zones.
- Call center experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service expertise.
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Flexible to work additional hours as business needs dictate.
Additional Information
Location: Initially remote from Miami, FL, with a planned transition to on-site work at 10000 NW 25th Street, Miami, FL 33172.
Shift Hours: Friday to Tuesday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm EST. Training will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST for 3 to 4 weeks.
Employment Type: Permanent full-time position.
