Listing Videographer

Role Summary

As a Listing Videographer at Provident, you will play an essential role in the Listing Department, managing various projects and recording scenarios based on company requirements. Your tasks will include capturing and editing property videos and photographs while operating independently in a highly dynamic and competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Capturing videos and photographs of properties meant for listing.
• Coordinating with the listing team and agents to schedule property visits involving landlords and tenants.
• Setting up and dismantling cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and other necessary equipment.
• Performing post-production editing of recorded footage.
• Incorporating computer graphics, closed captions, and special effects into video content.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Capability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and frequently changing environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities suited for collaborating with multiple crew members simultaneously.
• Innovative mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency for effective interaction with clients and production team members.
• Familiarity with post-production processes and techniques.
• Physical stamina to handle and carry recording equipment for extended durations.
• Understanding of software tools used for project planning, video editing, and scripting.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar videography role.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film, or Communications; additional certifications in editing, screenwriting, cinematography, or media production are advantageous.
