Job Overview

The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for formulating and executing learning strategies, programs, and initiatives designed to enhance employee capabilities and meet the club’s development goals. This includes overseeing leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and competency enhancement activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Prepare the annual development plans and manage the corresponding budget.
• Identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the club.
• Lead the execution of development initiatives, including training calendars and competency frameworks.
• Conduct needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.
• Create and maintain competency libraries and facilitate competency assessments.
• Support management and employees with individual development plans, ensuring progress and appropriate learning opportunities.
• Design and deliver leadership development programs that enhance leadership skills and effectiveness.
• Develop coaching and mentoring programs to promote continuous professional growth.
• Coordinate career path implementations and high-potential employee development initiatives to facilitate employee advancement.
• Design and manage induction programs and collaborate with internal experts to ensure quality delivery of learning experiences.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in Learning & Development or related areas including talent development and training.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and deliver skill enhancement programs and competency development frameworks.
• Experience in conducting detailed training needs assessments and supporting employee capability building alongside leadership teams.
