Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead or Senior Data Scientist to design and implement sophisticated analytical solutions that support our worldwide loyalty SaaS platform. This senior-level role demands a professional with deep technical expertise and strong business insight, who is passionate about applying data science, data visualization, machine learning, and experimentation to solve complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, test, and deploy advanced visualizations and machine learning models that enable customer segmentation, personalization, churn prediction, lifetime value forecasting, and marketing optimization.
- Collaborate closely with business and marketing teams to translate their challenges into precise analytical problems.
- Independently manage data science projects from planning through to delivery.
- Investigate and integrate cutting-edge tools, techniques, and methodologies to elevate analytics capabilities.
- Continuously improve and redesign analytics processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and result accuracy.
- Present analytical insights clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Serve as a technical mentor and subject matter expert, promoting best practices within the data science team.
Qualifications
- A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a closely related field.
- At least 5 years of practical experience in data science with proven success in delivering impactful projects.
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python or R, machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, and handling large-scale data processing.
- Experience designing experiments, including A/B testing and uplift modeling, as well as marketing analytics expertise.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in loyalty programs, SaaS platforms, or customer engagement industries is preferred.
